- SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
- A. VITVITY offers free standard shipping in the U.S. on all orders, and delivery time depends on your location. For customers from contiguous 48 states, your order should arrive in approximately 3-6 business days after shipping, and for customers from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam, your order should arrive in approximately 4-9 business days after shipping. VITVITY also offers 2 business days and next business day delivery options to customers from contiguous 48 states with a charge of $25 and $35 respectively.
- B. During high volume time, VITVITY.com reserves the right to limit its delivery options. Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout.
- C. For security reason, Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders.
- D. At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
- E. VITVITY cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond VITVITY's control.
- F. If the item(s) you like are not immediately available, VITVITY.com offers you two options.
- We highly recommend that you pre-order the item(s) with discount.

- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. If you have set up a personal account at the VITVITY Online Store, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in MY ACCOUNT
If you are not yet registered, you can still track your order with your tracking number, HERE. To facilitate ease in tracking your order, we invite you to sign up in MY ACCOUNT
You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center. Visit MY ORDER to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
Gucci will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that due to sale volume, your order can take up to 5 business days to process before it ships. Please add this time to your selected shipping method to anticipate the delivery of your order.
All Next Day, Two Day, and Ground purchases are shipped via UPS. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track your order's status. In addition, we will send you confirmation email once we receive a delivery notification from UPS.
- SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY
For security reasons, all VITVITY online purchases require a signature upon delivery.
- REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of an order you've placed, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
