RETURN POLICY
- RETURN CONDITIONS
- A. Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of from the delivery date.
- B. VITVITY will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original proof of purchase enclosed (receipt, invoice, packing slip, etc). The original condition is that the merchandise has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged with all tags still attached and in the original packaging (box, dust bag, garment bag, etc).
- C. Full-price merchandise can be returned to VITVITY.com for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- D. Sale merchandise can be returned to VITVITY.com for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- E. Final-sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
- F. Sample-sale merchandise is not acceptable for return. All sales are final.
- G. All swimwear and underwear purchases are final sale, no returns or exchanges are accepted on these items.
- H. All pre-order merchandise must be returned exclusively to VITVITY.com for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- I. Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.
- J. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at VITVITY boutique, department stores or other wholesale distributors.
- K. VITVITY reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in VITVITY’s sole discretion.
- RETURN PROCEDURE
- A. U.S. order, including contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam, is free to return with "Standard Shipping".
- B. International order cannot be returned at this time.
- C. To return an item, please Log into "Return Merchandise" with your email and order number.
- D. Click on the “Create Return” icon next to the item(s) you would like to return.
- E. Fill out the return form and submit it. Please wait for up to 3 business days for initial approval.
- F. Once your return request is initially approved, we will send you a "Return Initial Approval Email" with your Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- G. Please print out the email above and place it inside your return carton. Then pack your item(s) with great care in the original condition.
- H. Go back to "Return Merchandise" to download your prepaid return shipping label and print it out. Remove all extra labels from the outside of your return carton before affixing the return label to the outside of the carton.
- I. Drop off the return carton to your nearest carrier.
- J. If you choose not to use the prepaid return shipping label, you are welcome to use a carrier of your choosing and at your own cost. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. VITVITY will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

- L. To ensure your return is covered by our Return Policy, please send it back from the same country it was delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs.
- M. Merchandise returned to VITVITY.com will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- N. Refunds may only be issued to the original purchaser.
- O. Returns that do not meet our Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- P. We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- A. VITVITY.com cannot accommodate automatic exchanges at this time. In order to exchange an item, please return the original item following our Return Policy and place a new order on VITVITY.com for the exchange item. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability.
